System setup:
Event organizers register delegates as usual but also request cell phones numbers. Delegates can also self register to receive alerts by texting a keyword to a short code.
If required, delegates can be assigned to different groups based on the sessions and events they have signed up for.
Communicate with delegates:
Event organizers can send text message alerts to any group or to all delegates notifying them of important updates, changes to the program, news flashes, etc.
Emergencies and Crisis:
M2A is ideal for quickly alerting all delegates in the event of an emergency e.g. fire, bomb threat, gunman, etc and providing them with instructions on how to respond.
